HRPT16 (Austin) - Favorites
/Here are some of our favorites as we trekked from Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas to Circuit of the Americas in Austin. There are more stories to tell. The yellow Chevrolet peeking out of the garage was standing guard over a field of rusted treasures. Feature to follow.
We arrived early only to join hundreds of other rodders waiting for the gates to open.
The wait was worth it. The long pause gave us an opportunity to see quite a few rides up close:
Circuit of the Americas was fantastic. We were on the hunt for a future Long Hauler vehicle to tote the grandkiddos (an idea of what we are looking at below), so there no pictures, but a little video follows.
